At OCPA, we're aiming higher. We are successfully identifying and equipping young leaders who cherish the principles of the American founding and who resist the left’s assault on our freedoms. Graduates of our J. Rufus Fears Fellowship program are running for office, managing political campaigns, achieving success in business, and more.
